An estimated 143 million children are orphaned by one or both parents worldwide. We have felt compelled to bring a voice to this growing problem since we started traveling to Kenya back in 2002.
In Kenya alone, there are approximately 1.9 million orphaned children. On October 4, 2011, with my husband and 3 children, we moved to Kenya to serve Africa’s precious treasures-their children.
